I have listened to the tracks before listing.

The front of the cover is in reasonably good condition. It shows some creases and there is a small tear in the top left hand corner. All text is clear. The back of the cover is in similar condition with a few creases but no tears. All text is clear.
The bottom edge and corners show a few signs of wear as does the spine. Not all text on the spine is completely visible. The top edge of the cover has some wear and a tear across the middle. The opening edges are intact and show very few signs of wear.
