The Stooges - S/T LP - first pressing - white label promo with mis-print labels
This is the ultimate holy grail of Stooges vinyl! Not only is this a white label promo, but a tiny amount of the very first pressing came with misprinted labels, with the songs in the wrong order on both sides. In 30+ years of buying and selling records I have never seen a white label promo of the first LP with misprinted labels. This came from the collection of an Elektra employee who received it at the time of release. Some surface wear on the vinyl but it mostly plays nicely, with some light crackle between songs. There is a 1/2 inch long scratch on "We Will Fall" that creates a regular pop for for the duration of the mark. The sleeve has no rips or tears but shows some ring wear and has some creases. Comes with original printed Elektra sleeve. I would grade both the vinyl and sleeve as being in VG condition.
