Notes :

First edition limited to 1000, on 180 gram audiophile colored vinyl, pressed at RTI. All eight albums were AAA-mastered from tapes by Bernie Grundman. The first edition shipped with Philadelphia misspelled as "Philadelplhia" on the front and on the spine of the slipcase.
