Description
This is an extremely rare label mispress of Peasant intheBigShitty/ChooseySusie. The A side label is missing.
These label mispresses did happen, with most issues, and have a rarity/collectors value in themselves. However, this being a copy of FREE3 makes this an extremely rare, maybe even unique, find.
This is the version with 'Jonz' and 'What Do You Expect For Nothing?' etched into the runout. This places it as one of the copies that were given away with the initial copies of Rattus Norvegicus in 1977.
The single is in a very good used condition, but its value lies in its rarity and historical significance. I can't see any marks on either record surface.
There is a dot on the Peasant side label. No idea what this is. It was there when I bought it.
Unfortunately, it doesn't come with the original red sleeve that these records were in. It is in a plain white sleeve.
I have been a Stranglers fan and collector since 1977. All records are from my own collection.
