Description
Having a Hugh sale 2day, 2moro and the next day 2.
This is the wonderful 2010 double vinyl release of Hugh's solo LP Hooverdam and The Stranglers Rattus Norvegicus both live. It really doesn't get any better than this.
Hugh's Hooverdam Tour played across the UK and Europe and twice across North America. This fantastic concert consisted of two sets. The first was the Hooverdam album in its entirety and the second was Rattus Norvegicus in its entirety.
Both of these albums, as essentially with most of Hughs LP releases, are on heavy vinyl which enhances the sound of recordings. The Rattus gig is a Hugh re-working of the Stranglers songs obviously without keyboards. What an amazing take he produces on these songs. The great man could have went through the motions here but he didn't. He spent time enhancing this set putting his personal stamp on all of the songs. Great versions.
Condition-wise, outer is superb. Vinyls (my own purchase as new from his website) are unplayed.
The very best of luck if you decide to bid on this magnificent double album.
