Still finding a few bits of my Hugh collection. This is the final one of my collection of the 1979 LP, Nosferatu and is the issue with the vinyl plain Liberty label, a version that's hard to find out there. Even Disogs have never listed this one.
An album that never made any money as Robert Williams brought Hugh to the very best of recording studios in LA and Hugh's record company, unaware of all this, were eventually forced to pick up the cost invoices. The album, which Hugh wanted to write as a soundtrack to the 1922 silent film Nosferatu (the unsufferable one), is dedicated to the memory of Max Schreck, who played the lead role as vampire Count Orlok. Brillantly shot in black and white if you haven't seen it and want to feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, go watch. Highly recommended, a masterpiece of its time.
The outer sleeve is in superb condition. The vinyl does not have a visible scratch. All in all, it is a classic.
