Description
We have decided to sell our massive Stranglers collection and are starting with one of the 'totally ultra rare' UK singles of all time : Jean Jacques Burnell, Girl From The Snow Country.
A withdrawn single it was pressed in error and against JJ's wishes in 1980. He destroyed all but 20 singles, which he then gave away to friends - thus the legend was born!
In terms of condition, to make sure the description is perfect, the single does have two small 1cm scratches and there are a few marks on the sleeve, nothing significant though - both are 35 years old! Both single and sleeve are exactly as we purchased them in 1988 from eil.com.
We have never played the single, just treasured it. However it's now time for someone else to have that enjoyment and own a piece of history. Due to it's rareness we have a reserve we're sure you will all understand. Best of luck to bidders, men and women in black!
