Description

So, here's your chance to grab an instant rare Stranglers collection!
In this lot is the original freebie with the album black and white, the Stranglers version of Walk on By and backed by Mean to Mr and Tits. The original black sleeve is a bit battered, the card is a tad creased and has the date stamp 1 July 1978, which is the date I bought the album. The vinyl is a rare pressing mistake - it should have been white and most of these were pulped, although you do see a few for sale from time to time. The vinyl itself is in excellent condition with just a light scratch on side 2.
If that wasn't enough there's also the French version of Don't Bring Harry or n'emmenes pas Harry. The Stranglers love of French clearly had its limits as Livin' in a bear cage on side 2 is in English. Side A is pretty flawless but side B VG with a couple of fairly substantial scratches. I also bought this from new. The cover is in very good condition; it has a few finger marks on it which can be easily gently rubbed off.
Finally is a Canadian release (I believe) EP with the tracks Do The European, Choosey Suzie, White Room and Straighten Out. This again was bought from new and is in near mint condition.
I've seen these records at silly prices, so there's a realistic starting price here.
