The The - The Comeback Special
In 2018, 16 years after his last live appearances, Matt Johnson took The The back on the road. The highlight of this tour was held at The Royal Albert Hall, London, and was recorded for both a live album and concert movie.
The resulting recording is presented here on 3 crystal clear 180g audiophile LPs. The packaging is stunning. A trifold sleeve featuring a landscape shot of the band silhouetted against a stark white backdrop. And a full colour booklet detailing the tragic and triumphant return of one of the greatest, and under appreciated, bands in the world. And the music is overwhelmingly brilliant. No backing tracks. No tapes. Just a five-piece band playing what must surely be the gig of their careers.
Postage All records come shipped in a reinforced cardboard record mailer. All shipping is at UK Royal Mail rates. Larger items, such as boxsets, may be shipped using Parcelforce (or other courier service) due to Royal Mail weight restrictions. All shipping prices include insurance for the full value of the item. Multi-purchase discounts available.
I recycle and reuse all shipping materials, including labels and mailers, wherever possible, and all packaging is completely plastic-free.
