Description
This auction is for a copy of Columbia 2341, The Three-Cornered Hat / Daphnis Et Chloë; conducted by Carlo Maria Giulini.
Included here, is the record, sleeve, original inner sleeve. I will also include an archival inner sleeve and a protective outer sleeve.
Record condition This record is in VG+ condition. Visually, there are a few hairline marks and one or two more noticeable, but non-feelable, marks.
The record retains a nice sheen and is overall, a lovely copy of this desirable 'blue and silver' label columbia record.
Playback is excellent: There is some light crackle, which is audible during quieter passages and the occasional tick. A very enjoyable listen and needless to say, this is a great sounding record!
Sleeve condition The sleeve is in VG+ condition as well. There is some laminate creasing near the spine and minor shelf wear. Also of note is a sticker from the previous owner on the back of the sleeve *please see photos.
An excellent example of this sleeve.
Also included is the original company polylined sleeve; this is also in excellent condition. A previous owner, or perhaps a record company employee, has written the timings on one side of the sleeve.
