Vinyl is mint, cover is nearly mint. Never played, never taken out of sleeve. Yellow transparent vinyl version. 
Cover could be classed as mint I'm just being fussy due to one of the corners just noticeable under bright light but it's a really a great quality item.
Not in shrink wrap. 'Limited edition coloured vinyl' sticker is directly on the cover (all of them seem to have been done like this).
