The Trio - Kenny Clarke-Hank Jones-Wendell Marshall Savoy mono red DG RVG The Trio ' Trio ' Kenny Clarke-Hank Jones-Wendell Marshall SAVOY MG 12023 (USA) mono red label with deep groove - rec. in August 1955 and issued in 1956 - on trail-off (dead wax) has printed 'RVG' for Rudy Van Gelder Kenny Clarke : drums - Hank Jones : piano - Wendell Marshall : bass Side A : We're all together (H.Jones) - Odd number (H.Jones) - We could make such beautiful music together (Sour-Katzmann) - Now's the time (C.Parker) Side B : Cyrano (Cadena) - There's a small hotel (Rodgers-Hart) - My funny Valentine (Rodgers-Hart) - When hearts are young (Romberg) Visual grading : record is EX to EX+ very clean full lustre has minimal wear and few very light unfeelable surface marks barely visible on side A. Clean labels with a minimal spindle wear Playing grading : record is EX- to EX plays very well with loud and clear sound. Has a light occasional background noise in very few quieter parts. Also has very few light occasional ticks Cover grading : cover is EX- has very light wear to corners. Top right corner has been repaired for a short seam split.
