Description

The Undertones - 10" Promo - Acetate  - Sire - TONE 1 - 1979 - Teenage Kicks +

This is the acetate for TONE 1 a limited edition (1,000) promo made in the UK but for American promotion. It does have what looks like a nasty scratch on Side 1 but it is just a mark. I have played it and it is fine.
Side 1 Teenage Kicks Get Over You
Side 2 Jimmy Jimmy Here Comes The Summer
Original 1979 acetate mastered by George Peckham ("A Porky Prime Cut") at Portland Recording Studios, London
This is an acetate. Acetates are not designed to be played a lot. Their purpose is to check that you are happy with the mastering when played outside the mastering suite. Do not buy this if you want to play it like a normal record. They do wear out.
