Description

THE VELVELETTES
"NEEDLE IN A HAYSTACK"
STATESIDE SS 361
1964
b/w
"SHOULD I TELL HIM"

Another demo taken from a box marked 'Unplayed Demos' at BBC Radio Leicester back in the 80s where most of the singles were from the 60s.
Extremely clean labels coupled with beautifully shiny vinyl makes this huge Northern Soul classic a truly remarkable demo pressing. This, along with a few more demos, came in a plain white card sleeve, but I decided to house it in a Stateside reproduction sleeve so as to compliment this rare demo issue.
All-in-all, a lovely example of a Velvelettes demo pressing.
