The Andy Warhol cover has the adhisive banana sticker still attached on the front cover. Condition of the record is very good with clean labels. The gate fold cover is good, with banana sticker attached. It has a tear across the top of the banana, and a few light creases. There is the number 12 written out & marked off in red pen next to the banana. Also in that same area there are 2 more red lines. There is a small red line by Andy's name on the cover. Also, a light surface tear next to the banana. There is the number 12 written on the back cover in red next to the opening edge.
