Vintage copy (3rd version? 1967) Velvet Underground & Nico w/ Andy Warhol Peeled cover. This album is in nice condition, with a few scratches noticed. Very shiny but probably needs cleaned. Did not want to wipe it off without knowing proper procedure. Side 1 label has some spindle marks, side 2 looks good. (please inspect pictures closely, I am not a record album expert). Has not been played, reason for starting bids very low for this album. Cover is a gate fold, version 3 based on internet research. About a 3.5 inch split on the back fold of the top cover. No other major splits, but a few wear spots where paint wore off, and cardboard showing wear. Some ring wear noticeable on front and back. Very light writing on back cover (name?), light probably due to age and rubbing while taking in and out of a a cabinet or rack. Inside seam not split. This is a nice overall original copy of this very collectible album and part of rock history. Hopefully someone that needs to add a copy of this album to their collection finds this one. Starting very low due to not having a professional grade or having played it. Please inspect pics closely before bidding. Sold as is, NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
