Description
Here we have a rare copy of The Velvet Underground's The Velvet Underground & Nico album originally released in 1967. This was the band's debut studio album and is one of the most iconic albums of all time. This particular copy is the 2nd issue pressed on the blue and silver Verve labels. This is the second variant of the cover with the airbrushed torso on the back. Almost all of the banana sticker is still intact. An original Verve inner sleeve is included with the album.
The record is in VG+ condition, with some surface scratches and scuffs. The record plays through nicely, with moderate surface noise. The cover is in VG condition, with ring wear, edge wear, and some slight moisture damage. The banana decal has a slight tear and the tip has been ripped off. Please see all the pictures to determine the condition.
