Description
The Velvet Underground & Nico OG 1968 LP Vinyl Record Warhol RARE.
The record is rough on this copy but the cover is great. Consider this more of a cover/banana upgrade.
Vinyl Grade: F/G
Record has scuffs and scratches on either side and has surface noise in quiet passages. It plays through other than two skips in the first verse of “Heroin” and two skips in the intro to “I’ll Be Your Mirror”. Again, not a record upgrade, this copy is more for the cover.
Cover Grade VG+
Cover is very nice with some light staining and yellowing and a couple lightly bumped corners. Light ringwear. Strong seams with no splits with the exception of a very small 1/4 inch split by top mouth. Banana is in great shape except for the stem, which has a fair amount of tearing. It’s still about 95% there and looks great. Name written in pencil on back cover.
Definitely a very nice cover upgrade, but DO NOT buy this for the record only.
This item says no returns but I will be accepting 14 day returns on this item. Seems like eBay has removed that option for some reason and I am not comfortable with a 30 or 60 day return policy.
Please ask any questions you may have about the item, I would be happy to answer them!
Please pay within two days of auction end.
