Description

A great find! The iconic Velvet Underground & Nico and Andy Warhol banana cover. BUT MORE EXCITING - IT IS THE UNCENSORED US FIRST EDITION 'TORSO COVER'. The record is the German original Verve press. This is how it came out in Germany in 1967. The banana is as usual peeled off unfortunately. But otherwise both the cover and record is in really great condition!
Record is in VG+ condition! Has a few light lines but plays great! The gatefold cover is in VG+ condition. Apart from the peeled-off banana, there are some smudges on this delicate cover.
