Original, 33 1/3 rpm, 12", Black Vinyl Record Album
Released 1968 on Verve Record label, Stereo V6/5046 ( on the record).
The cover reads V-5046 - mono - has the original stereo sticker.
SIDE 1 - White Light/White Heat, The Gift, Lady Godiva's Operation,
There She Comes Now.
SIDE 2 - I Heard Her Call My Name, Sister Ray.
This album has been visually & audibility graded based on the grading system developed
by Goldmine Records.
Record: A & B sides: VG+, minimal signs of wear, minor scuffs and scratches
Label: A & B sides: VG+, has name written on both sides in pen
Inside Sleeve: VG+, original sleeve, shows signs of handling, small seperation.
Cover: VG-VG+, some minor surface blemishes, 3" split on top and bottom - front cover has skull image.
Back cover has name written in pen.
Very Good Plus condition.
