Description
In this auction:
· “WHITE LIGHT /WHITE HEAT” LP by The Velvet Underground
· This is Verve Records V6 - 5046.
· It is a STEREO PRESSING that was released in 1967.
· It seems that this LP is VERSION 2 because Three Prong Music is in the publishing credits on the labels. However, the front cover has a black-on-black skull near the lower left corner when the cover is viewed at an angle.
· The COVER is in VG CONDITION with light to moderate overall wear. “38:55” (the LP play time) is written in very small numbers in blue ballpoint on the rear cover above the LP credits. There is some cracking on the spine, moderate wear on the corners and a small crease on the bottom right corner. There are NO seam splits.
· The VINYL is in VG CONDITION. There are a numerous very light surface hairlines/scuffs. (None of them are “feel-able”.) The vinyl is quite glossy.
FYI: I use Goldmine Grading Standards (P for Poor, F for Fair, G for Good, VG for Very Good, VG+ for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to VISUALLY grade this record, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
