Description

This is a beautiful, shrink-wrapped,  in Stereo,  first pressing copy of the Ventures 1961 release that was self-titled which featured two top 40 hits, "Perfidia," #15, and "Ram Bunk Shush." This is on the first-press Dolton stereo label. The label was used from 1959 - 1962. The price sticker on the back left corner indicates that this LP was sold in June of 1962. The condition of this piece is quite lovely. 
With no seam splits, no wear ring, a clean, legible spine, and a nice, clean back, the shrink-wrapped  cover grades at least near mint 8 out of 10. The top 2 corners are sharp and pointed, with some rubbing on the bottom 2 corners and at the very top there are a couple of age spots. 
Using a 100 watt bulb to grade by, the shiny vinyl is absolutely beautiful, grading at near mint 9 or 9/10. The labels also look beautiful. These are the original deep-groove label pressings. I played part of this album and the sound quality was clear and crisp, and quiet in the background, even between tracks. Questions?? Please email me.
