Description
The Versatiles - Love Generation 'Warricka Hill' 1973 7" Joe Gibbs Grape UK
Rare opportunity to acquire this April 1973 single by The Versatiles (here posing as The Love Generation) and produced by Joe Gibbs – here appearing as Joel Gibson – released on the UK reggae label Grape Records. The B-side is a stonking Joe Gibbs 'Version' called "Battlefield", here billed as being by 3rd and 4th Generation. Given as a gift to Julian Cope in 1977, this fabulous loud pressing is still in remarkable condition, no noises to worry about, perhaps a couple of crackles at the beginning of the crunchy Version side. Many thanks for looking.
