High Value items (PC`s  etc) will be sent using a secure 24 Hour Courier with included insurance the buyer of these items are responsible for shipping costs Your are also welcome to arrange your own courier or pick up in person please contact to arrange available dates

Returns

Returns are Accepted on all goods within 30 days of purchase  Refunds are only payable for goods returned in Original Condition With all packaging complete & As New in the case of receiving faulty goods a replacement will be dispatched upon receiving the faulty item along with a brief description of fault etc. In ALL cases of returns the BUYER is responsible for all postage and packing costs it is also recommended you acquire a proof of postage slip from Post Office or send via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible or offer refunds/replacements on items lost in the post.
