Description
I am selling some of my personal vinyl collection. Most of these records were purchased by me new in the 1970’s/80’s and have been extremely well looked after, having only been played a handful of times on a Linn Sondek turntable with a light stylus tracking force of 1.5g.
Unless stated otherwise, the vinyl can be considered as mint and shiny with no marks – basically as new. The covers vary in condition but most are excellent just showing the usual signs of storage – slight scuffing, etc.
This LP is The Wailers' (featuring Bob Marley) "Burnin" album on Island Pink Rim original label ILPS 9258. Rare and hard to find.
Matrix (dead wax) marks A-1U/B-1U - first pressing.
Vinyl condition is mint and the record looks unplayed. It test played superbly on my Rega RP6 turntable, as new.
Gatefold cover condition is excellent as it has been stored in a plastic liner.
Impossible to find a better original copy I would have thought.

There is the remnant adhesive from a small price label top right and also very minor edge wear at the corners. However, overall it is more-or-less as I would have expected when I originally bought it from the shop.
