Description
The Sun Ain’t Gonna Shine Anymore is the second U.S. album release by the American blue-eyed soul group. The album was the group’s fourth album overall. It was released on the Smash Records label in August 1966. The title track became The Walker Brothers highest charting, peaking at #13 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Singles chart. The song was written by Bob Crewe and Bob Gaudio and was originally released by Frankie Valli as a solo record in 1965. The Walkers were vastly underrated and have developed a cult following over the years. Excellent blue-eyed soul stylings on first press stereo mix from ‘66 here.
