🎶 ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Released in 1979, The Wall is Pink Floyd’s epic concept album exploring themes of isolation, fame, trauma, and authoritarianism. Written largely by Roger Waters, the album combined theatrical storytelling with powerful music, leading to an iconic stage production and the later feature film.

Early U.S. pressings, especially Pitman pressings with the first sleeve, are sought after for their sound quality and historical accuracy.
