Description
The Wedding Present's "George Best" vinyl LP is a first pressing from 1987 on the Reception Records label. This indie rock record plays at 33 RPM and comes in a cardboard sleeve. The vinyl is black in colour, with a very good (VG) grading, and features original cover art. This UK release showcases the band's pop and rock style in stereo, making it a must-have for collectors and fans of the Wedding Present.
There are some obvious signs of wear but it plays back really very well. There are tiny bits of surface noise right at the start of each side and at the very end of side 2. There is also a bit between tracks, but not all that noticeable at all. There are one or two little clicks here and there but overall it's still very good indeed. Outer sleeve has hardly any wear on edges and corners but there are a few small creases here and there. Original printed inner sleeve is missing and the disc is housed in a plain white sleeve.
