Description
I have been Collecting Vinyl Records & Original Memorabilia since 1962. Due to my continued poor health I have decided to sell various quality records and memorabilia from my extensive collection.
All Photographs are of the actual items being offered.
My grading’s are strictly in line with the Record Collector Magazine’s Grading Guide.
I pleased to offer for sale this very nice example of the sought after Album; THE WHO “ A QUICK ONE “ Original UK FIRST PRESS MONO. A nice edition to any 60’s record collection.

( Blue textured Labels with Silver Lettering )
CONDITION ;
DISC; LABELS, Side 1, EX, Side 2, EX, Both Blue and Silver textured labels are in very nice condition, all the lettering is bright and clear,There are a few very faint spindle trails to both labels.
DISC; VINYL, ( In normal Daylight ) Side 1, MINT-, Side 2, EX.
( Under Halogen ) Side 1, EX, Side 2, VG+
Both disc surfaces still retain their original Deep black glossy sheen, Under Halogen Side one shows some very faint and wispy bag removal hairlines, side two is very Similar and also shows three very light rub marks (NOT NEEDLE MARKS ) which Are NON FEELABLE and do not interfere with the excellent audio.
AUDIO ; EXCELLENT ALL ROUND.
During one very careful play of both sides of the disc the audio was a sheer joy to listen to. It sounded deep, vibrant and punchy with NO skips, stalls jumps or heavy crackle. The Bass sounded superb as did the lead guiutar work and Keith’s fabulous drumming. Throughout both sides I could only detect just an odd intermittent pop here and there.

SLEEVE ; VG ++,
The fully laminated sleeve is in nice overall condition and shows NO writing, stickers or seam splits, all the spine lettering is clear and shows no wear, There is some light rubbing to the four corners and a few laminate spiders / thumbnails. Both the Coloured Panels, both front and back are in SUPERB condition with no wear or fading whatsoever to the bright colours. In strong light there is a light ring wear imprint visible. Had it not been for the laminate creases I would have graded this sleeve higher.

All Records will be carefully and securely packed in custom mailing boxes with the Record/s removed from the record cover and placed in a new separate paper sleeve .
