Many thanks for the great response to my Who listings last weekend - at requestI am listing a few more items from my extensive collection of Who memorabilia- the greatest Rock N Roll band in the world!!!
So today I am listing "My Generation" Vinyl Mono LP On Brunswick LAT8616 1b matrix by The Who.
This is a First Pressing with the matrix Numbers MG-10256-1B and MG10257-1B.
Condition - I do not have a turntable and am therefore unable to play - however visually - both sides retain a good shine. Spindle wear is very light for its age. there are one or two light scratches on both sides of the disc but certainly nothing major.
It has the front "Clarifoll" laminated sleeve and was printed by Robert Stace.
Condition - As shown in the photos - font cover is in good condition, a few minor creases and some minor marks to the left hand age with age wear. Top right hand corner has the original shop price sticker of 37/6. Seems quite expensive to be honest!!! On the reverse right hand side shows age staining (as per photo) - which is quite common for this disc - no rips or tears etc.
It has the Original Inner, paper with polythene clear center sleeve as shown.
Condition - has some creasing and a couple of 2 inch tears (as shown on photo) at the centre . It also has the original shop price and label number top right LAT 8616 in biro and also the price - this time 36/7???!!
This pressing is quite rare - surprisingly so as it was The Who's first LP release and became a classic mod anthem of the time. Please see other listings for this LP which are starting in the hundreds - I'm a realist - this is a good honest 1st print copy of a classic album which is getting on for 50 years old. I am therefore starting low .....Please bid with confidence - I have 100% positive feedback as a buyer andseller.
