The album is still sealed in its original shrink wrap. The vinyl disc has never been taken from its sleeve and has never been played. It is assumed to be in Mint condition.

The cover is sealed and  appears to be in Mint condition.  It has a gold promo sticker on the front cover, and a gold promo stamp on the rear cover.  It also has a clear sticker with black lettering that says "CONTAINS 2' X 2' POSTER OF THIS COVER AND INCLUDES THE SINGLE "YOU BETTER YOU BET, HS 3516" (A song on the album.)

The album contains the poster, which is visible through the shrink wrap along the edge of the jacket. This Seller just happened to have a picture sleeve of the single "You Better You Bet" b/w "The Quiet One", which is being included with this album listing, a $10-$15 value.

(Wikipedia Excerpts)  Face Dances is the ninth studio album by English rock band the Who. It was released in 1981 by Warner Bros. in the United States (for sale here) and on Polydor in the United Kingdom. It is one of two Who studio albums with drummer Kenney Jones, who joined the band after Keith Moon's death three years earlier.

The album peaked at No. 4 on the US Billboard Top LPs & Tape chart and No. 2 on the UK Albums Chart.

The album cover features 16 paintings of the band members by 16 British painters, who were commissioned by Peter Blake, designer of the cover of the Beatles' album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967).

"You Better You Bet" was the first single released from the album; its music video was one of the first music videos aired on MTV in 1981, and was the first to be repeated on the channel.

Most are promotional and collectible LPs which have never (or seldom) been played. Many are white label promos, first pressings, and often factory sealed. Grading methodology is as follows: 
M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and has never been played. 
NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks. 
VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy. 
VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, etc.

Seller ships domestically within the United States via United States Post Office Media Mail with tracking. Warping could occur if vinyl records are exposed to heat and direct sunlight, so please make adequate arrangements to safely receive your packages. Per USPS, Priority Mail packages are delivered in 1-3 days.
