Description
This is a copy of the French WHO ep "Out in the Street". The other tracks on this brilliant ep is "A legal matter" "Instant Party" and "I'm a Man". The condition of the sleeve and record is: Sleeve.....The sleeve is in VG to VG+ condition. There is some wear to the corners and along the bottom. The back of the sleeve has some ring wear. Record.....Both sides of the record is in VG+ condition and plays EX throughout. Labels.....Both labels are in EX I always send purchases to buyers, using Proof of Posting, obtained from my local Post Office. Any items that fail to arrive are the responsibility of the Post Office, not me(the seller). Should an item go missing and after a reasonable amount of time, normally three weeks, I will commence an investigation into the none delivery of the goods, using the Post Offices own claims system. Once the claim has been investigated and the Post Office admits responsibility for the loss and refunds me, I will refund to you your original purchase price. I cannot guarantee the buyer that (a) They will receive their full postage and packing costs back, though I will make a claim for it, should you fail to take out or ask for separate insurance. (b) That overseas buyers will get any refund from the British Post Office should they fail to take out any insurance on their purchase. I have recently experienced the phenomenon of the none payer. I cannot quite understand the thoughts behind the individual who bids and wins an item, then decides not to pay. Please do not bid on any of my items, if you do not intend to pay. IMPORTANT : I will only accept a bid from a ebay colleagues with ZERO to Ten feedback, if I am contacted prior to a bid being placed. IMPORTANT.......Any item being sold for more than £41, will need to be sent by recorded post, which will be an additional 75p, charged to the buyer
