This is a real oddity in Who collectibles.
The LP has a high level of surface noise due to the cheap pressing.
The sleeve too was done on the cheap: thin paper with strange artwork surrounds the LP with a thin plastic over-sleeve. "2.49 Tape and Record Room" price sticker on upper front right hand corner
Definitely an item for Who completeists but not a record made for listening
Ships in a sturdy LP mailer surrounded by 12" cardboard flats
