Media (Play Tested): VG. Sits completely flat and has no skips. The black/ silver labels are in beautiful, bright and clean shape. The record is in lovely, glossy strong VG (VG+?) condition, it displays a couple of hairline, light paper surface marks which don’t affect playback. Sounds fantastic in a way that only a 60’s Mono can - warm and so much cleaner than the recent remaster.
Sleeve: VG+. Clean with no writing or marks. The laminate is clean virtually spotless and the spine is in great condition. Most importantly it has the ‘Free Psychedelic Poster Inside’ sticker that was only available with the first 500 copies pressed. Very, very rare and in fantastic condition.
Inner Sleeve:. The Original inner sleeve is included and I have been assured by the sole previous owner that the one pictured came with the record (he also said the original poster was up on the wall of a Notting Hill squat in 1968 (but he doubted it was still there!).
I will just say that this is a stunning, package. The record and sleeve are really lovely and the sticker that was only on the first 500 copies makes this a true collectors item. Many on eBay are including the recent repro poster without the sticker but the sticker is the bigger deal. The whole package is a great item to own and 100% worth the investment.
