Description
You are bidding on the LP by The Who entitled 'The Who Sell Out' (TRACK 612 002, 1967).
This is an original mono version of the LP and one of the few (reportedly 500) that came with the Osiris poster. This poster by Hapshash and The Coloured Coat is extremely rare and collectible, being a wonderful 60s psychedelic print. The poster is approx 500cm x 750cm and has fold marks from where it has been kept inside the record cover. The poster has no writing or tears, and the colour is excellent with no fading.The poster has been wall mounted during its history but thankfully NOT with drawing pins, however there are 6 marks on the back which appear to be the result of sellotape having been removed. At the bottom of the poster is the following: PRINTED BY CHEVALIER-ROTTERDAM/ADRIAN GEORGE/OAS 6/cOSIRIS VISIONS LTD. 83 CHARLOTTE ST. W.1
The record has a 'Patent Pending' Ernest.J. Day laminated cover, which is in VG+ condition with no writing, tears or split seams.
The record is in good condition with clean labels and plays OK, but does have a range of scratches/surface marks. The matrix numbers appear to be: A2 and B1.
