Housed within a fully laminated 'Ernest J. Day' printed cover without poster but with original die-cut inner-sleeve.

This exceptional sounding earliest of pressings has received just 2/3 careful plays on top-quality equipment and sounds flawless & wonderful throughout. Visually, both playing surfaces shine 'as new' with the only significant blemish being a single light, non-feelable hairline on side 2 and a few harmless wispy marks from the inner beneath halogen light. Hard to find one that looks or sounds better.
A fine example of this iconic cover which retains a high-gloss laminate all-round with no 'thumbnail' wrinkles anywhere. The only sign of wear are bends to the left corners on the front panel which has caused some lifting to the laminate (visible on the spine images). All corners and both opening edges are sharp & unworn and both seams and the spine are undamaged.
