Description

The Who - The Who Sell Out - UK 1967 1st press Mono LP + poster. First UK pressing in a fully laminated cover.
Vinyl in nice clean condition with a few light paper scuffs and hairlines.
The first 500 Mono LPs were issued with a 6 panel fold out poster. They came with a sticker on the cover stating "FREE PSYCHEDELIC POSTER INSIDE". The sticker appears to have been removed from this copy but there is sticker residue remaining showing its position (in the gap between "THE WHO SELL OUT" text and John Entwistle text - see photo). This LP was purchased from a reputable collector and we believe the poster to be the original. It weighs 33 grams and is made of thin paper with a glossy front. The outline / shadow of the poster can be seen on the original inner sleeve. All of these factors match the description of the original poster.
Record sleeve is in nice condition - no rips or splits. It has been graded VG as there is a handwritten message on the front - the ink has been removed but the indentations remain (see photo) - otherwise it would have been graded VG+.
Will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or International Tracked & Signed with appropriate insurance.
