This item is a picture disc album made in Europe and released by Universal Music in 2013 by The Who entitled 'Who's Next'. Picture disc record label and number is Universal Music 00600753454565. Picture disc itself is presumed to be in mint condition as the picture disc is new and has never been played. I'm the original owner and this record is from my personnel collection (see photos). Clear plastic outer bag is in excellent condition however the outer bag is split 2 inches on each side of the outer bag at the center of the sleeve. See photos for song listings.
