Description
Triple gatefold black vinyl 180gm version of the remastered and re-packaged PHUQ, in the original double album format it was always intended to be.
It’s been given the Dave Draper treatment, to bring its sound bang up-to-date.
Ginger describes the album:
“PHUQ was written, rehearsed and recorded as a double album. Our debut was a single record, our follow up would be a double, illustrating the ambition of the band and setting us on a very unique trajectory. Typically, for a corporate label, East West records wanted to take the road of least imagination. They ditched all the longer songs and tried to cobble together as close a copy to the first album, from a bunch of songs intended to appear together. The result was a fucking mess and our career was one of unrealised potential and diminishing returns.
I am proud to present the album as it was originally conceived.
