Description

The Wizard of Oz
Episodes 3 & 4

Ultra-rare 16" radio program disc

Rare shows announced as "Written and produced by Col. Frank Baum" (L. Frank Baum's son)

Pressed by Columbia, this disc is in very nice condition (E--) with some scuffs and lamination cracks that will not affect play. There is a water stain on the Episode 3 label, as well as the name Col. Frank Baum, which may be an autograph. The labels identify this as an Earnshaw-Morgan Production, but those references have been marked out, as Frank J. Baum claimed all rights for himself.

This extremely rare shellac transcription disc may be the only example known - a real find for the Oz collector!

We do ship internationally; shipping charges as stated by eBay in this listing may not be accurate! Furthermore, US bidders should disregard the shipping charges on this item as well. Ebay won't let you charge more than $4 shipping on a record; they are clueless, not to mention highly annoying....

Be sure to check out our other eBay auctions featuring phonographs, parts, needle tins, turntables, records, ephemera audio equipment and more.

And let us know if you would like to receive our Fall Auction containing 11,000 78rpm & cylinder records, released just this week!
