The XX ORIG US LP xx VG+ 2009 XLLP450 Alt Rock Indi Pop + Poster
Original US LP released in 2009 on XL Recordings Records. Cat: XLLP450. Comes in die cut cover. Also has foldout poster/lyric sheet which is in Excellent condition.
Debuts as fully formed and confident as the xx's self-titled first album are rare, but then, there is very little that is typical about this band or their music. Their influences are wide-ranging traces of post-punk, dream pop, dubstep, indie pop, and R&B pop up at any given moment but are focused into songs that are as simple as they are unique and mysterious. These tracks are so sleek, they're practically sculptural, and they boast impeccably groomed arrangements.
Tracks : Intro/ VCR/ Crystalised/ Islands/ Heart skipped a beat/ Hot like fire/ Fantasy/ Shelter/ Basic space/ Infinity/ Night time/ Stars. There are a few light spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks and a few very light scratches that cause some light crackles and is in VG+ condition. Die cut cover has a few tiny marks and small surface tears around edges and is in Excellent condition.
Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.

Post method for overseas: All parcels are sent via Australia Post standard airrmail with tracking number.
