Description

The Yardbirds Over Under Sideways Down, Mint, Vinyl LP, 1966, Epic Records. Stereo. BN 26210. The Cover: Front and Back are brilliant white, with a very slight fade mark in the upper right corner on the front. Rating: NM to Mint. The Record: Beautiful shine, no deep scratches or scuffs. Rating: Mint. The record is in encased in a MoFi protective sleeve. This album was recorded over a three- month period: April-June and released on August 1, 1966 in the US. Its British counterpart Roger The Engineer contains different tracks. This album features Jeff Beck exclusively on guitar after taking over from Eric Clapton and represents an even further foray into psychedelic rock, and all original material. This album is from my personal collection. An extremely clean copy! Shipped with extra protective cardboard sleeves and signature confirmation. The original American versions of this album (issued with a different album cover and titled Over Under Sideways Down after the hit song of the same name) omitted the songs "The Nazz Are Blue" (which was sung by Jeff Beck) and "Rack My Mind" and is mixed differently than the British editions. Regardless, record collectors have sought out both the mono (LN 24210) and stereo (BN 26210) versions since several tracks are featured with slight differences in the mixes.
