Description
An original YES ALBUM 1st press on Red & Plum Atlantic UK label. Matrix A1/B1. labels are consistent with very 1st press - Red & Plum coloured labels with the 1st Campbell Connelly publishing credit. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover printed by MacNeill. Also included is the original 'plastic bag warning' inner sleeve. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex+) In remarkable condition and has only seen the lightest of use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Difficult to imagine bettering this copy it is nigh on perfect. Red & Plum copies are sought for their audio ability and this copy is certainly no slouch. I really can't fault it at all. Interference is practically non-existent. We could make out more than a couple of crackles the entire way through. Lovely playing copy FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Vg+) In great shape and has clearly been looked after down the years. Front and back are nice and clean with just a scuff down at the foot on the front. The interior is in excellent condition too - no faults. Edge wear is relatively light with just a bit on the spine too. Text on the spine is still mostly legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) In very nice condition. Lightest of ageing. No marks or splits.
