Hello and thanks for looking.
I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
I never ship records inside the picture covers!
All records are sent out in PVC cover.
THE ZOMBIES.
FRIENDS OF MINE / BEACHWOOD PARK.
ORIGINAL UK 7" SINGLE ON CBS RECORDS.
This would of been a real nice example, sadly the label on side 1 has some damage. This would sell for £100+ without the issues stated below and pictured above.
Priced fairly, please do NOT purchase this if you can not put up with the label issues on side 1 that are clearly pictured above.
The Disc is EX condition >>> The disc is in great condition with light wear only. This is a strong EX even under halogen light.
The Labels >>> Side one has a small tear at the top and some old (round) sticker glue as seen in the pictures above. This I do not think will come off. This (side 1) label I will grade as Good- condition.
The side 2 label is really nice and graded at least EX condition.
The Cover VG+ condition >>> The cover has a small E6 written on the back in pen.
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear. The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
