Description

The last night at The Mic - The Empire Recording Company presents The Milkshakes - The Prisoners in an historical recording (1985)

Rare live album featuring mod / garage / rock ’n roll bands The Prisoners and The Milkshakes (one side each) recorded on 27 January 1984 at the last night of The Mic Club in Chatham, Kent.

The club had multiple uses during the week from Indian social club to taxi rest room, rock and roll nights to country gigs. This captures the live gig from the last night the club opened before the bulldozers moved in.

Sleeve, vinyl and labels are close to excellent. Very hard to find album.
