Characteristically Inscribed and SIGNED in black ink on the record sleeve, by the great jazz pianist and composer
The signature almost certainly date to one or two appearances, April. 15, 1961, or May. 20- 1961, When the quartet played in the Kurhaus in Scheveningen the Netherlands
Record: VG+-. Both sides have tiny scuffs, not perceptible with a fingernail and barely perceptible with the eye which results in light surface noise and a few soft pops. Labels are in great shape no scuffs. Center hole is in excellent condition. I have listened to both sides and found the sound to be bright, with a full, rich, range throughout. This record sounds amazing.
Sleeve Condition: Very Good (VG) with signature of Thelonious Monk
Top seam 13 cm seam split from the opening, bottom seam completely split, front cover right top two wear spots and spine wear; corner wear) back cover is lightly tanned with some light smudges and stains.
