Description

Blue label with silver text; Bill Grauer Productions. Deep groove, mono. Recorded "live" at the Five Spot Cafe, NYC. Leader, Monk, piano, with Johnny Griffin, tenor sax; Ahmed Abdul-Malik, bass; Roy Haynes, drums. All 6 tunes are classic Monk originals

Cover: VG Intact with a small amount of writing on the back cover along with some underlining in the notes. Slight aging on the back cover. Some minor scuff marks at the bottom of the front cover.

Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. Slight groove noise on the first few revolutions on Track 1, Side 1. The balance of the record has no noise and plays like new. Audibly checked.
