From Italy, this is Jazz And Jazz Records 622 / 623, Thelonious Monk Live In Paris 1967 Volumes 1 & 2 Monk's Mood and Round About Midnight, two original releases making up this live set. The recordings are actually from March 18-20, 1966. These records were originally sold separately but are offered together. There are two more records from this concert from Affinity offered in a separate auction. Together, the 4 records make up the complete concerts. The records are in near mint condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The covers is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with light spindle marks. The records were played on a Linn Sondek LP12 and cleaned on a VPI 17. These are superb collector's grade copies of these wonderful recordings offered together for your collecting convenience.
