Mosaic Records first release in July 1983 was The Complete Blue Note Recordings of Thelonious Monk, a limited-edition boxed set created by co-founders Michael Cuscuna and Charlie Lourie, kicking off the label's focus on definitive, complete jazz reissues for serious collectors. 
The project stemmed from Cuscuna's desire to release "unissued" Monk material from Blue Note Records, realizing the potential for a complete historical document.
Condition: Box is VG+ to EX... standard shelf wear for a set that is 43 years old. I can't believe I just typed that. All corners and seams intact. See pics... VERY comprehensive 20 page booklet is in Excellent shape. No creases, tears or bends. Includes the original "correction sheet" on Mosaic Records letterhead. Very cool. The vinyl I'll call Near Mint. They look unplayed. I acquired this at The Jazz Record Center in NYC and they graded the vinyl as NM. I took pics of all eight sides. Sorry for the camera reflection.  Message me with any questions. Box has minor shelf wear. Vinyl is NM or better.
