Description

An original 1st press of L & D on the UK Vertigo label. Matrix 5/1/1/1. Etching - The Lyre of UTOPIA. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. Also included are both original bespoke inner sleeves. So 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In super condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are really nice and quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Precious little to complain at.... a very clean player for 95%+ of the time. The only deviation where the standard drops below the given grading - is during the low-key track 'Still in Love With You'. It plays fine - but don't expect it to play clean like the rest of the LP. A really sweet player by and large.
Cover (Vg+) A very fine looking specimen with well preserved colours. There's little creasing front and back - only lightest handling and one bit of left over sticker residue [minor]. The interior is in excellent condition and there's little to find fault with. There's a bit of edge wear in places [bottom front edge] - but nothing epic. The spine is in excellent order with minimal wear - all text perfectly legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity with nice sharp openings.
Inners (Ex+) Faultless with no splits or wear.
